REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • In their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged).

    • Underwear, swimwear, or items with hygiene seals if opened.

    • Custom or personalized items.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Step 1: Contact us at roz_suits@hotmail.com or call 07761485483 within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  • Step 2: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Step 3: We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Shipping Method: Please return the item using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.

  • Lost Returns: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please keep the tracking number for your return shipment.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue promptly.

6. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, customs fees, and duties.

  • Returns from outside UK may take longer to process.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
