1. Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays).
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Please refer to our Custom Policy for more details on the processing times for custom orders.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors.

Domestic Shipping:
- Standard tracked Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
International Shipping:
- We ship to worldwide.
- International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but typically range from 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Carrier: We use trusted carriers such as Royal mail for all shipments.

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the your delivery address.
International Orders: International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within UK.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.

P.O. Box Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses for certain shipping methods. Please use a valid street address.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damaged package and item(s), and we will provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Customs Fees: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.
Customs Delays: Occasionally, packages may be delayed at customs, which is beyond our control. Please be patient as your order clears customs.

8. Address Changes

Change of Address: If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at 07761485483. We may be able to update the address if your order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the address.

9. Delivery Issues

Missing Packages: If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local delivery carriers. If the issue persists, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving it.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information, the package may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange for a re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
